Candidate should be willing to travel to KSA for short or long term as per business needs.   Skills: Mandatory & desired.  - Demonstrated experience in executing/ leading large scale business process re-engineering projects for Fortune 500 clients in Telecom (Service Providers, Network Operators, HW / SW- Product vendors)  - Proven expertise in successful application of process improvement methodologies viz. Lean, Six Sigma, and CEMM  - Ability to conduct Process Discovery / Improvement workshops for Telecom BSS process areas   - Ability to lead End to End Business Process Analysis/ BPR / BPM Solution Implementation Expertise  - Setup a KPI framework in agreement with the client organization to measure improvements and govern improvement initiatives  - Decompose business objectives to KPIs and subsequently to operational metrics  - Baseline current performance, analyse trends and identify initiatives to impact the KPIs  - Develop business cases for initiatives with target setting and cost vs. benefit analysis  - Understand and improve the processes that impact the agreed set of KPIs  Preferred education & work experience.  - Master of Business Administration with an engineering graduate degree in Communications is preferable  - An accomplished academic record with 10+ years of experience in Telecom domain consulting  - Well versed with Lean, Six Sigma, CEMM and/or other process improvement methodologies  - Extensive knowledge of Telecom industry standards (NGOSS, eTOM Framework), Systems (OSS, BSS), and Solutions (Unified Communication, Enterprise telephony)  - Expertise on key Telecom Lifecycle Processes  a) Product / Service Lifecycle management,  b) Operations  - CRM (Order to Activation lifecycle)  - Service / Resource Management and Operations  - Supplier / Partner Relationship Management  - Billing & Revenue management   Revenue assurance, Fraud/ Risk management:  - Performance Management (Activity Based Costing, KPI dashboards, Balanced Scorecards)  - Substantial stints in management of improvement projects for Telecoms  For more details, please visit http://www.wipro.com/services/consulting/
