Strategic Sourcing Role

- The strategic sourcing analyst will be responsible for supporting sourcing initiatives, reporting and data analysis within various indirect corporate services categories. The role will be working very closely with the client to deliver value and establish expertise through the firm.

- This position reports to the Strategic Sourcing lead on the Procurement & Payables team within the Finance organization. The successful candidate will need to have a strong business acumen and attention to detail to deliver successful eSourcing (eRFP and eAuction) events, establish best in class spend reporting, and help deliver value to internal stakeholders. The position will require proficiencies within: project management, supplier management, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing, managing, monitoring eSourcing projects by coordinating with internal clients, vendors and BX Sourcing. Position will be supporting a variety of non-IT corporate functions (Legal, HR, GCS, Finance, etc).

- Support RFx development and strategy through identifying and creating RFx questions

- Support RFx development with market data knowledge and analysis

- Ensure the project team follows strict operational procedures and works on continuous process improvement

- Provide results of the pre-bid and post bid stages of the project. Communicate project timeline and key actions

- Develop necessary project management materials to ensure successful delivery RFxs

- Manage end-to-end tactical RFx with a focus on pricing (ie request for quote, auctions etc).

- Create and manage the list of supplier's contacts for each assigned sourcing project. Liaise with suppliers to validate and confirm participation

- Spend cube management manage data uploads on an ongoing basis

- Conduct ongoing spend analysis including but not limited to spend classification, data normalization, data enrichment

- Collect information provided by stakeholders to develop and maintain sourcing project pipeline

- Participate in the creation of dashboards

- Perform general high level analysis (qualitative and quantitative)

- Participate in team conference calls and project meetings

- Growth to support in post-bid negotiations, sole source activities, contracting

- Growth to support contract administration (facilitate signatures, support system administration, documentation, etc)

- Growth to support stakeholder interviews for scope definition
