Expertise-in and through knowledge of Operation and maintenance of plant & equipment for a large scale IT campus (multi-million sft) : - HVAC systems - Electrical systems - Rotary UPS, DG sets - Water and sewage treatment plants - Fire protection, FAPA - Building Automation & control systems Roles & Responsibilities: - 100 % uptime of all critical Plant and equipment - Taking over Plant and equipment from Projects team and set-up O&M systems and processes - Management and adherence to AMC, IFMS and O&M contracts and SLAs - Power planning and Renewable energy procurement - Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 - Work closely with Global Energy Command Center to ensure plant and equipment performance as per set standards Plan, execute and monitor PPM, annual shutdown, breakdown maintenance to upkeep and performance of plant and equipment - Providing / organizing training and support for team, IFMS partners - Ensure 100 % compliance to relevant statutory requirements viz.
