Job Description :

- Overall responsibility for Leading and developing solutions for IT opportunities for all NEP customers

- Responsible for leading sales pursuit in order to define client's business / IT requirements, identify and define technology solutions, facilitate buy-in from all stakeholders

- Partnering with business and technical leaders to identify and scope of opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks and constraints.

- Ability to help generate kick start new relationships, managing the transitions and driving the AMS engagements to steady state conditions - experience in starting up offshore teams and managing global resources.

- Formulating a comprehensive approach & win-theme, writing proposals, solution design & estimation for Application Outsourcing and Digital Transformation opportunities

- Working towards creating sales pipeline to meet vertical goals

- Client facing, presales and solution design experience, ability to effectively capture requirements, developing solutions and assisting in proposal development

- Applications Outsourcing experience

proven ability to develop applications outsourcing solutions including transformation, deal structures, transition plans and SLA/KPIs,

- Experience with different commercial models

- Experience in Client Liaison, IT Governance and General Project Management.

- Well versed with Wipro's solutions and offerings specifically on 4 Big Bets

- Good idea on standard Enterprise business processes like I2M, M2O, O2C etc.

- Bid Planning and Management.

- Formulation of win themes and stitching solution around the win themes

- Experience in Strategy Development, Account Mining,

- Experience of managing the complete opportunity lifecycle. (Both proactive and reactive),

- Exposure to building commercials - pricing, billing, and commercial terms.

- Experience of managing or significant contribution to large deal chase

- Interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions

- Solution integration.

- Flair for business development

- Willingness to undertake frequent travel at short notice

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, self- starter

Experience: 10+ Years

Band- C1/C2

Location - Preferably Bangalore
