Job reference - 1800000187  Job Description - Expertise and through understanding of following areas to lead retrofit project aimed at improving plant and energy performance of buildings: HVAC Electrical systems Building Automation & control systems  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Thorough understanding of all the building systems, equipments and operational processes and must be of a multidisciplinary mindset.   - Identify and explore new technologies for improving plant and energy performance of buildings.  - Identify opportunities for performance improvement projects / End-of-Life equipments replacement.   - Plan and execute improvement project in close co-ordination with location teams.  - Prepare business case of improvement projects and obtain management approval.  - Will define and monitor the standards and procedures for retrofit projects.  - Providing training and support for technicians.  - Re-visit and audit implemented projects to verify achievement of business objectives.   - Work closely with Global Energy Command Center and all locations to analyze, identify, plan and execute building performance improvement projects.  Job Skill - Qualification and experience - Minimum BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Post graduate in Operations / Energy Management desirable.   Certified Energy auditor preferable 15 - 20 years of hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance of HVAC, Electrical Utilities, Mechanical utilities at Manager level working in a critical environment.
