- The Candidate will be Heading the onsite payroll and Change management with efficient operation of Onsite Payroll Management for about 50 plus countries
- Be more self-sufficient to identify and resolve payroll related issues.
- Should have in-depth Knowledge of all Geo /onsite payroll governances, compliance facilitate in process documentation and support in process improvements
- Experience in Build to Gross and Gross to Net calculations, taxation, deductions
- Identify issues\bottlenecks that prevent\hinder the organization in providing the best in class customer experience, escalate them appropriately and collaborate with Clients and internal partners to fix those issues
- Must have complete understanding of Employee life cycle, Retro adjustments, Year End processes
- Must understand the Upstream and Downstream processes viz., HR functions of Talent Acquisition and Payroll Accounting.
- Lead/participate in projects involved with departmental or strategic projects.
- Monitor staffing needs for the team, within the requirements of the department budget, and establish workforce plan that anticipates business needs and staffing resources.
- Ensure the team has the tools, support and guidance necessary in order to fulfil its daily responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner

- Experience with payroll processing work including compliance with experience of 5+ yrs in onsite Payroll
- Experience in Investment Proof checking

- Responsible for creating & managing a world class HR Operations team that provides the first level support for all employee queries regarding process, policies and documentation.
- Review and control the production and disbursement of all Geo's payroll
- Ensure the corporate payroll is produced accurately, timely and securely
- Responsible for Managing & processing payroll for 10K+ employees and process paychecks
- Calculation of accurate Income Tax for eligible employees
- Responsible of collation of inputs from various sources for payroll processing
- Responsible for accurate reports/ dashboards and metrics as per timelines, with an ability to analyze data for trends
- Familiar with the process payment & returns of statutory compliances like PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF/Income Tax & handling inspections
- Filing of Quarterly TDS returns pertaining to salaries, generating and issuing Form 16
- Responsible for Payroll in partnership with an external payroll vendor- including ensuring SLAs are set & managed with the -vendor, employees- queries are answered accurately & in a timely manner, and payroll is run accurately
- Responsible for all statutory compliances related and to handle all type of internal and external audit
- Evaluate potential challenges, Risk and have it mitigated
- Processing of Full & Final Settlement Reconciliation within TAT & processing the payments on Onsite Exits
- Investment Proof Collection, data Storage and checking during the year end for SOX compliance
- Resolving employee salary queries within stipulated time
- Responsible for efficiently maintaining records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner
