- Drive key people initiatives for the assigned Vertical


- Partner with the Account Business Leaders and Geo. HR team to drive people processes like performance NXT, progression, WLQ, SKIP, NMA, MSI, EPS etc.


- Review employee concerns and proactively address issues before they impact business.


- Drive retention discussions with business, facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets.


- Own the complete engagement charter (AHM/ Town hall/ R&R/ EPS).Ensure improvement in EPS scores for the vertical y-o-y


- Undertake travel to all locations where employee base is present to connect with leaders and employees.


- Work closely with corporate and internal HR team for execution of all key people processes starting from guidelines stage to final closure 


- Work on analytics, BU dashboard and reports.


Job Requirement:


- Handle HRBP role for a vertical/s in the location.


- The role requires regular connect with location level business leaders, and work with vertical HR leadership


- Work closely with the Account business leadership on HLS charter.


- Design account level HR solutions for business leaders and ensure roll out as per plan. Ensure timely closure of HR activities within the accounts.


- Partner with the Account Business Leaders and HR team to drive people processes like performance Nxt, progression, WLQ, SKIP, NMA, MSI, EPS etc.

- Manage the Rewards and Recognition Program, drive talent management discussions and ensure high engagement


- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with 10 to 14 years of work experience.


- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.


- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.


- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.

- The role requires 40% of travel.
