- The role would be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and anchoring Wipro Employee Wellness and Benefits by collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure best in class benefits offerings for Wipro employees across India.
- The person would also need to network in the market and garner thoughts on best practices in the areas of employee benefits disciplines and contributing to the development of new concepts and standards.
- Responsible for design and implementation of employee benefits & HR Policies for better business delivery
- Lead Benefit/Policy plan design changes including modelling, cost impact and evaluate additional business drivers
- The person would be managing Rewards and Recognition end to end globally, including long service awards, portal management, promotions, upgrades and vendor reviews etc.
- Responsible for internal communication regarding key changes in Benefits.
- This position reports in Global Head – C&B, Wipro Limited.
- Post graduate in Human Resources from premier B-School with approximately 10+ years of post-MBA relevant work experience
- Prior experience in Employee Rewards/ Benefits is a must
- Knowledge of market trends/ best practices and all Indian laws and regulations ensuring compliance Analytical agility and creativity
- High initiative & drive to execute
- Good communication skills
