Wipro - Senior Manager - Delivery Assurance

As the Sr Manager - Delivery Assurance, you are responsible for solution assurance, technical assessment of engagements & project/program recovery. You are responsible for programs with contract value upto USD 20 M. In thils role, you will be required to have the knowledge and expertise of:

- Review, validate technical solution defined (during the pre-sales / solution definition phase of the engagement), provide recommendations for refining the same & Ensure that it meets customer's business needs.

- Conduct a technical assessment of projects/programs & provides recommendations, which when implemented, will enable meeting project/program goals & objectives

- Assess problems that get reported, defines recovery plan, monitor its implementation and stakeholder communication & ensure that the project/program is back on the right track (with customer acknowledgment indicating satisfactory recovery)

Following are the prerequisites for this role.

Knowledge

Must Have:

- Technical expertise in the engagement domain

- Solution architecture, solution design, product development

- Product assessment capabilities

Preferred:

- Industry certifications in the technology & business domain

Experience

Must Have:

- Hand on experience in solution architecture definition, solution design, product realization

- Experience in Project/program recovery

Preferred:

- Participation in technical solution / proposal preparation
