The candidate should have experience of minimum 3 years in the following areas :
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Form 24Q return filing and correction
2. Benefit management (insurance/ superannuation/ PF related activities)
3. Final settlement process
4. Knowledge on end to end payroll cycle
5. Handling Tier1 / Tier 2 employee queries
6. Knowledge on income tax proofs validation process
Education requirements :
- Regular Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- This will be a WFO with 5.5 days working.
