- Manage HR charter of the APAC portfolio Insurance along with key initiatives for the vertical.
- The role requires regular connect with Geo HR and business leaders
- Work as a change agent along with different stakeholders to drive workforce transformation initiatives
- Review employee concerns and proactively address issues before they impact business
- Drive retention discussions with business, facilitate reversals and ensure top talent attrition levels are within targets.
- Work closely with corporate and internal HR team for execution of all key people processes starting from guidelines stage to final closure
- Work on analytics, BU dashboard and reports
- Possess customer-oriented approach including responsiveness and interpersonal sensitivity
- Self-Driven with the ability to multitask, backed by a high level of accountability and follow through to closure
- Design account level HR solutions for business leaders and ensure roll out as per plan. Ensure timely closure of HR activities within the account
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with 3-6 years of work experience.
- Ability to partner and lead in a VUCA environment.
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
