- 8+ years of experience in working resourcing team (Workforce Management Group) along with competency development skills
- Knowledge on skills catered in Cyber security and Risk Services preferably in Network & Endpoint areas associated with Infra Security.
- Managing demand fulfillment & bench.
- Deriving forecast based on ramp-up of existing accounts.
- Ability to guide the team to achieve Net Adds, Rookie Ratio, Virtual bench management, EWS, Resource utilization etc.
- To lead a team of Resource Managers and optimize demand fulfillment through internal supply, competency building and external recruitment.
- Experience in WMG Function would be an added advantage.
- Strong planning & tracking skills, Strong Communication & Interaction skills, Strong networking & coordination skills
- Support the CRS (Cyber security & Risk Services) BU competency team to fulfill, manage rookie, bench resources, rotations, cadre building.
- Tracking the net billed headcount and resource pool
- End to end program management of Campus hires, onboarding, allocation, billing, bulge, rollover management reporting progress to management
- Advanced planning of demand and supply chain for the upcoming quarts and financial years.
- Close tracking ramp ups and ramp downs and fulfill planning.
- Tracking resource movements effectively to avoid billing losses
- Addressing the people issues and location constraints and movement, billability issues.
- Publish periodical management reports accurately to measure progress
- Liaise with HR Business partners, WMG, TT, KM, Business leaders and produce high business value in a strategic way
- Strong influencing and communication skills, articulate in front of large audiences
- Proven experience of adoption of blended and accelerated learning approaches.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge to prepare management reports
