Research Specialist (Industry & Account Intelligence for proactive efforts and RFx responses Location : Wipro Bangalore (preferably) Years of Experience : 5-10 years in the IT Industry Educational Qualification : MBA Preferred Experience Backgrounds : Pre-sales and Business Development / Marketing / Market and Competitive Intelligence related functions / IT Services Consulting Number of Openings: 1 Group Overview : - The Sales Enablement and Demand Generation team is an extended sales team that operationalizes and initiates efforts to build new-new pipeline by pursuing hunting accounts. We work closely with US hunting leads to identify accounts, identify addressable markets and map solutions and themes that resonate with potential clients in our Target Account List (TAL). Deliverables/ Service Offerings : - Preparation of deliverables such as - Market Intelligence (industry reports, geography reports, market evaluation reports); Competitive Intelligence, Account Intelligence/ Portfolio Strategy, incumbent competition analysis for key accounts and Deal Intelligence (Deal Battlecards, pursuit win themes input to counter competition, etc.) - Prepare and deliver competition webinars for key stakeholders - Leverage Analyst Relations (with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to develop an understanding of markets, trends, technology developments and provide insights / recommendations through the M&CI deliverables. Knowledge/ Skills Requirements : - Should be skilled in data mining, qualitative analysis, and the effective communication of this analysis - Knowledge of market research techniques, functional analysis of technologies & competitive analysis - Knowledge and prior experience in developing Win Strategies, Value Propositions, Business Cases and Go-to-Market Strategies - Knowledge of IT services and product companies - their overall services, market presence, performance and differentiators in the IT services sector - Ability to manage and work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority - An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality - Strong written communication and oratory skills - Hands on person that strives to meet deadlines and expectations 100% of the time.
