The role incumbent's responsibilities include: - Oversee construction of IT campuses, including Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work managing large projects. - Coordinate with stakeholders, i.e. consultants, owners, project teams. - Implementation of Safety, and Quality requirements of building and related construction. - Reporting to management, Client communication and problem resolution. - Meeting strict timelines. - Perform reviews at regular intervals. - Responsible for creating and delivery of infrastructure based on business requirements and future planning. - Advising management on procurement strategy, cost analysis, and optimization areas. - Assisting in establishing requirements and standardizing through the company. - Manage a team of project managers, engineers and supervisors. The preferred skills &amp; experience for this role are: Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience and minimum 12 years of experience in Project Management/Construction Management experience. - Experience in the planning, coordination and execution of commercial buildings (high rises and low rises). - Familiar with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and other services. - Knowledge of Safety, Quality, compliance requirements of building and related construction. - Experience in Planning, Execution and Commissioning phases of a project. - Experience in construction of infrastructure in IT Park &amp; SEZ - Problem solving and communication skills. - Ability to work in a cross functional role. - Multitasking and deal with ambiguity. - Skilled at Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel products.
