The Job Description :

Looking for a Service Delivery Leader who will lead & direct a large multi-geo, multi-vendor team to provide governance, reporting, planning and support services for program or a portfolio of projects to ensure effective delivery within cost, quality and schedule objectives.

Skills:

- Business case : Must have (Understands the business vision, program objective & business case).Good to have (Developed a business case)

- Contract Management : Must have (Understands contract & statement of work terminology), Good to have (Work with legal teams on Contract & Statement of Work creation)

- Program Plan : Must Have (Define detailed program plans including project interdependencies and get buy-in from client stakeholders. Drive program teams including 3rd party vendors and escalate at right time. Risk & Issue Management, Change Management). Good to have (Work with client Program Management Office on program plans. Translate business vision and business case into program plans and get buy-in from client stakeholders).

- Governance & Reporting : Must Have (Defines governance model, RASCI, build consensus and get sign off from all parties. Participate in steering committee and board meetings to report on program status). Good to have (Defines governance model options)

- Financial Management : Must Have (Track the effort & cost spend & Balance-To-Go across the program and provide the end to end view to client leadership). Good to have (Benefits tracking per business case and aligning program status).

- Stakeholder Management : Must have (Regular networking with influencers, decision makers and stakeholders. Politically savvy to understand & navigate the power structure in client organization). Good to have (Influences stakeholders to get buy in to strategic decisions).

Additional skills :

- Must have (Commits self & team to ambitious yet realistic goals aligned with program objectives. Strong leadership, negotiation & arbitration skills.

- Coaches & mentors the next level). Good to have (Managed Risk & Compliance / Digital / Transition programs. Domain, process knowledge. Short term (4-8 weeks) consulting assignments.

- Keen eye for farming / expanding footprint)

Key Performance Indicators :

- Financial measure: Meet/beat Cost, Gross Margins, Productivity & Collection

- Customer: Customer Satisfaction, stakeholder management

- Program execution: Sign off from client on program hand over / contract closure, Lessons learnt

- Risk: Evidence of effective risk management & control

- People development: Attrition, Employee Satisfaction (skip level), develop next level

Additional capabilities :

- Attention to detail: Organizes work in highly efficient manner so that nothing falls through the cracks. Focus on accuracy & completeness.

- Collaborative working: Shares information, knowledge and experience with others. Balances the need for personal and team achievement. Offers to help others in order to enable the team to succeed

- Delivering results: Monitors performance, taking remedial action when required to ensure results are achieved. Identifies any issues that may impact on delivery in advance, and seeks solutions to rectify. Utilizes all available tools to gain the best results.
