Job Summary: Defining, building and driving the value proposition for CIO's productization initiatives. The job would involve understanding the different business needs, identifying the market gaps and productizing the existing Wipro solutions to be implemented for external clients across industries. Product Manager will be responsible for all stages of product delivery from ideation, development, Go-to-Market to implementation.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Understanding the productized services/SaaS market and creating complex business case, commercial models, presentations, proposals and marketing artefacts


- Lead the product ideation, development and implementation with a customer centric approach and focus


- Manage and lead the customer engagement; Manage communications with customer advisory group to keep them involved in product development lifecycle.


- Handle all stages of the research value chain from formulating research design to presenting insightful reports


- Conduct primary/secondary research for information / data collection and use it for knowledge creation that will be helpful for positioning and differentiating the product


- Track Business & Technology Trends and collect market information on an ongoing basis


- Technical and Analytical Support to all Business Development activities


- Devise go-to-market approaches for productized services which involves creating pricing and commercial models


- Delivering innovative and analytical perspectives on business cases and supporting the sales/pre-sales enablement


- Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving Excellence in Business analysis to address customer problems, quick analytical thinking,

and able to have focused energy in transforming the requirements into solutions.


- Outstanding leadership and communication skills Polished verbal and written communication style. Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the customer teams. Good networking skills to work across different multicultural teams towards focused goal.

Qualifications:


- MBA from Tier 1 colleges with 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT, Finance or Consulting companies
