Wipro - Product Management Leader - SmartTwin Platform

- Define the Business Strategy and Positioning of the SmartTwin Platform.

- Leverage market and customer understanding to serve as the voice of the customer in decisions made regarding future products and services.

- Lead and manage the product management team,

- Lead the Product Management team in defining high-level requirement based on market and customer needs as well as internal requirements from other teams e.g. Energy and Utility, Manufacturing

- Responsible for the medium/long-term product and services roadmap.

- Assist business development, sales and pre-sales in key customer accounts as technical subject matter expert.

- Define and own product/services pricing, commercial strategy, financial analysis, and P&L.

- Minimum 5 years of leading a Product Management (or similar) team, with proven people leadership and management experience and skills.

- Excellent (English) communicative skills in presentation, negotiation, and writing.

- A highly self-motivated person able to drive Product and Services strategy forward with limited input.

- Track record of working as a team player and demonstrate that he/she can work in a collaborative and time-pressured environment.

- Engineering degree, plus, MBA

- Solid relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
