Wipro - Presales Consultant/Solution Architect - Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services

Roles and Responsibilities

- This role is for cloud and infrastructure managed services solution architect / presales consultants. We invite team members who are excited about new technology and market trends, and can bring in new ideas and possibilities with a lot of passion and energy in providing end to end cloud and infrastructure solution to our customer. The role will support Middle East Geography based in Offshore

- Manage multiple active opportunities/Bid management at a time

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare end-to-end technical and commercial solutions including various commercial modelling customized to customer requirements aligned to Wipro norms

- Create E2E managed services solution for Workspace, Cloud (Private/Public), Compute, Storage, Network & Voice domains with deep understanding of industry leading Enterprise tools

- Propose innovative and comprehensive solution aligned to industry standards

- Drive multiple teams involved in the solution creation to build a synchronized and coherent response

- Work closely with the onsite Sales, Solution Architects and Practice teams and provide all backend support required in creating solutions, RLS, compliances preparation, Delivery Assurance, Presentations etc

- On need basis, travel onsite to engage with customer organization in conducting due diligence, solution defence/presentations

- Comply to internal processes like bid qualification, delivery assurance etc

- Responsible for creation and sign-off of SOW for new orders through discussions with customer

- Responsible for handholding of transition and delivery team in the smooth transfer of pursuit knowledge and solutions

Skill Requirements

- Should have over 10 Years of experience Infrastructure presales solutioning

- Must have adequate exposure to new age technologies like Cloud, SDx, VDI, AIOPs, Mobility services

- Excellent Presentation, Communication (oral+written) & interpersonal skills

- High proficiency in power messaging practices, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

- Should be self-driven and result oriented

- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership and perform tasks.

- Good understanding of ITIL, ISO concepts- preferably ITIL and PMP certified
