Job Summary: Sales and Extend Sales solution development and proposal creation role in across robotics, AI and BPM platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: - Gain an understanding of client requirements, support the team in preparing a solution, demonstrate Wipro capabilities and propositions as a differentiator and own the business case - Project manage multiple bid opportunities cutting across industries responsible for automation solution crafting and presentation - Automation background and solution creation on RPA would be an added advantage - Push self and cross-functional teams to innovate on outputs produced by proposals team to make proposals more impactful - Responsible for all client front-ending during the sales cycle to defend the solution crafted - Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around the Enterprise Transformation proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario - Ability to build long-term relationships both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners - Track and lead new digital offerings as they will be inducted in the Enterprise Transformation framework. Role Demands: - Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights via analytics - Detail-oriented with the high personal standard for quality - Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams across time-zones Experience and skill set required: - Experience in consulting, Process automation, RPA, AI, IT/ Digital solutions is a plus - Microsoft Office expertise; knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint a plus - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
