Wipro - Practice Head - Automation

- 14+ yrs of experience in Information Security Industry with experience in one of the Security Tracks 

- Application Security / Data Security / Infrastructure Security. 

- Strong program management methodology, communication and articulation skills. 

- Define and own automation strategy for security through RPA, Cognitive and AI Drive proof of concepts (POC- s) using in-built solutions and establish proof of technology. 

- Define robust process from opportunity identification to Bots rollout. 

- Ensure Bots meet the required compliance & legal standards. Drive account rollouts starting from build to production phase. 

- Collaborate with BU leaders (delivery, technology and domain leadership) to proactively mine opportunities for Automation solutions. 

- Craft new business opportunities & New business wins (revenue and Order Value) Build plan for the practice and lead the business development, opportunity development and proposal efforts Creating a strong CRS & WIPRO Holmes 

- Market Positioning : increasing CRS & Wipro Holmes service offerings in the ecosystem Defining & supporting a strong Competency capability building strategy 

- Building & Managing the Team Thought Leadership : Ability to converse with industry leaders, analysts and formulate POV on trends and proactively propose solutions, investment decisions, etc.
