- Create intelligent dashboards and analytics for sales and leadership team using advanced excel, access and powerpoint - Understand the sales and leadership metrics and create sales intelligence reports with insights and recommendations - Maintain documentation related to reports, procedures and personal tasks - Collaborate with Internal teams for required inputs within deadline - Perform quality checks for data correctness and execute with fine attention to detail and little oversight - 2-5 years of industry experience in Sales and MIS reports - Proficiency in Advanced Excel including Macros - Some experience with web analytics tools is desirable - Good practical grasp of business models and needs - Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills - comfortable in presenting to executives - High attention to detail with the ability to keep track of the assigned tasks - Willingness to work flexible hours, ability to plan, organize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
