Wipro - MIS Lead

Candidate will be responsible for creating Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports and Dashboards.

The employee will have to create reports to analyse the Case Ageing and will have to publish the Snapshot of the report to the Management which will help them to clear the Backlog.

Separate reports will have to be created for Open/ Closed status for the Management to review the cases created and closed daily/ weekly and monthly.

Data tracking for Emails received/ Open Emails will have to be done on a daily basis and report out the numbers at work stream level to the Operations/ Management.

Prepare shift closure reports for all the three Regions.

Prepare the monthly Billing Report (Revenue) for the Operations.

The employee will have to work on monthly rating & Quarterly performance to measure the Employee Performance.

Attrition reports will have to be created for the Operations to have a visibility on the Attrition trend.

The employee will have to understand the routine process and identify the scope of development to reduce the efforts and increase the efficiency. This would require VB knowledge to create applications/ Excel based templates.

Maintain the Employee Master database (Master file) with complete information of the employees working in SDC.

Also will have to efficiently manage all Adhoc requests w.r.t. any data/ reporting requirement.

Dashboards will have to be managed with complete data collation to the final analysis.

Manage ITMS (Transport arrangement) for entire operations.
