Position Summary:
- PMO Head to manage Delivery Operations of a Large Complex Transformational Engagement. The role requires strong planning, organizing, tracking and reporting skills, Program/project management skills, with ability to engage internal and client stakeholders to support the engagement on all operations front including Talent identification, onboarding, financial tracking and reporting.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with Programme team to plan the talent ask for stated and proactive needs.
- Work with various stakeholders from identification to onboarding of the Talent on the engagement.
- Manage the team which will track, measure, report various operational parameters.
- Liaise and interface with client PMO team to a) track budget b) report on compliance metrics and SLA for the engagement.
- Brings in huge focus on process simplification to reduce waste on day to day operations.
- Knowledge, experience, and skills
- Can organize and setup delivery operations function with focus on Resource Management, Compliance, SLA and budget tracking as well as reporting.
- Should have carried out Resource Manager Role for a business unit, function, and large engagement effectively.
- Should have carried out Process improvement initiatives for a function/program to bring about simplification in managing operations, automation of tasks.
- Should have carried out client stakeholder management with direct interfacing.
- Should be a keen learner, proactive, enthusiastic, takes accountability, have demonstrated capability to be a differentiator in challenging environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified PMP from PMI
- Green Belt certification in Six Sigma
