HR Business Partner - Manager/Sr. Mgr.

Key Responsibility Areas-

1. Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes and develop the leadership pipeline in the vertical.

2. Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives.

3. High people engagement level both at junior & senior levels and service delivery excellence.

4. Leading HR Generalist activities for a vertical with employees spread across the globe.

5. Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc. Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling.

6. Working with various Market Units and Practice groups to design and implement talent management and retention activities.

7. Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the vertical.

8. Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent and develop and retain top talent.

9. Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.

10. Drive external and global HR best practices.

Operating Network

This position would report into Business TED Head for one of the business lines.

Competencies

1. Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems. Exposure to Line HR role would be considered as an added advantage.

2. Good communication skills and leadership qualities.

3. Customer orientation – understanding the true need of the customer and then working out the solutions.

4. Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.

5. Display sustained energy and determination in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets

6. Ability to work in diverse teams

7. Interpersonal sensitivity; ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key.

8. High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures of TED processes.
