Role Description: Domain - Procurement

- Manage S2P Proposal, RFI/ RFP response

- Brainstorm and develop Value messaging/ Value alignment in Proposals/ Solution framework

- Design S2P solutions & spend/savings strategies for prospects

- Support in pipeline build

- Identify and Drive business opportunities through existing SCM - S2P account mining/ ramp

- Proactively pitch Business opportunities in S2P, MDM streams across non-SCM accounts

- Support in development and deployment of SCM S2P Go-To Market Strategy

- Ability to manage end to end sales cycle starting from developing a solution, writing proposal, preparing for the orals, defending it, commercial discussions all the through contract discussions

- Focused support in Spend Management, e-sourcing, procurement/ Contract Management/ Supplier Relationship Management, Master Data Management process, across Applications/ ERPs.

- Capability to defend and present solutions to the client

- Support in development and deployment of innovative Supply Chain solution practices including Solution design, transition, training, performance matrix finalization, Stabilization of Operations, Process improvement initiatives and transformation

Experience in S2P solution & proposal framework development

- Domain industry process exposure and knowledge of industry process nuances (Mfg or CPG/ Retail or Services)

- Good (in-depth) knowledge & exposure to S2P BPS Platforms (understand a broad range of products and services)

- Good exposure / Knowledge of NextGen tools like - RPA / AI ML / Gen AI solution in procurement

- Knowledge of BPO Industry (peer) bench-mark/ best practices

- Good communication skills

- Excellent MS Word, Excel & Ppt. skills

- Analytical skills: ability to identify patterns in data and draw appropriate conclusions

- Ability to work in Matrix/ Complex Org designs, Problem solving abilities

- Knowledge of Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc
