1. Drive Improvement projects

2. Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects in a complex and fast paced environment.

3. Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts.

4. Partnering with business to plan quarterly/annual transformation roadmap for diverse initiative's.

5. Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT risks.

6. Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.

7. Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.

8. Leading/Mentoring and ensuring governance on process improvement/transformation/re-engineering/automation projects .

9. Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen on the process floors.

10. Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.

11. Ensure all process metrics are met.

12. Establishing of new process workflow.

13. Will be leading site-wide cost reduction program.

14. Manage Operational Excellence training programs.

15. Manage short & long term vision and execution plans for the Operational Excellence function.

Skills and Experience-

( Must Have)

1. Good data analytics and problem-solving skills.

2. Experience in managing Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements.

3. Must have led/ driven six sigma and lean projects.

4. Hands on experience in driving large transformational programs involving process reengineering, analytics, automation etc.

5. Must have worked in cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills and should be able to manage internal stake holders as well as customers.

7. Solid understanding of Engineering, Project Management, Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Financial acumen.

8. Ability to Coach and facilitate individually and at the large scale level

9. Proven management and leadership skills, capable of leading and motivating individuals and team to maximize levels of productivity and ability to influence management at all levels.

10. Well versed with MS Office - Excel and Powerpoint.

Knowledge:

1. Exposure to high end analytics tools like SAS, R, Speech Analytics and Social Media Analytics etc.

2. Exposure to Chrome Extensions, RPA and AI/ ML.

3. Experience in driving high impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering.

4. Understanding of basic P&L and accounting practices.
