Wipro - Manager - Presales

Presales lead and Presales consultants will work with Topcoder evangelists and account teams to develop proactive proposals based on Topcoder offerings. The consultants play a role of a solution architect for crowdsourcing solutions proposed to the customers. They will be responsible for workshops, create demos or Proof of concepts, commercial models, and creating proactive proposals. They will also support RFPs where Topcoder is included as value differentiator and where crowdsourcing has been included as a delivery model.

- Passionate for technology, and ability to work with cross functional teams

- Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms

- Having an entrepreneurial/startup DNA, working agile and flexible in a matrixed organization

- Good understanding of business processes.

- Being able to challenge and influence software engineers in their approach to developing solutions

- Excellent communication skills, Presentation Skills and customer interaction skills at CXO level, as well as Technical/Architect level

- Good knowledge of high availability solutions.

- Strong team player and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
