Job Description :
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people learn and grow through facilitation, understanding industry trends and learning technologies and designing learning interventions for businesses.
- The individuals are expected to be collaborative, have good communication skills, be able to manage learning programs and various stakeholders, most importantly, have a passion for continuous learning.
- Interact with business stakeholders to work with them to close the behavioral skill gaps. Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs. Designing ILT and e-learning courses, workshops.
- Experience as an L&D Manager/consultant
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
