Skills/ Role Requirements: - 10-15 years of experience in working with Practice development and competency development role - Proven People management skills with experience in handling large teams (G&O setting, SME connects, People connect, Appraisals, attrition control, Team motivation, competency operations and escalations) - Experience (Preferred but not mandatory) in security solution design, sales support or execution of Information Security projects - Technical background of Information security technologies especially Application security (Identity & Access Management/Access Governance) would be a great PLUS. - Should be able to work with multiple teams and all levels of Management. - Capable of handling new initiatives and driving for execution on Competency front - Knowledge/Experience in more than one industry vertical would be useful. - Strong planning & tracking skills, Strong Communication & Interaction skills, Strong networking & coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support the CRS (Cybersecurity & Risk Services) BU competency of Application Security to build strong skilled workforce. Essential training, management development, management culture, performance management, developing and sourcing internal/external trainings, certifications, e-learning, rookie management, supply chain creation at CRS. - Developing strategies account based competency cadre building programs resulting less dependency on external hiring. - Taking key initiatives and accountability for transforming the learning and development requirements and competency needs for Application security track of CRS. - To identify and implement the industry best practices in competency develop, upskilling, quality content development, curation, assessment frameworks. - End to end program management of Campus hires, onboarding, allocation, billing, bulge, rollover management reporting progress to management - Manage upskilling/ cross skilling and support workforce transformation - Track T2A/T2B plans & other competency initiatives including Academy programs @ Application Security track - Publish periodical management reports accurately to measure progress - Manage the design, creation and delivery of learning and development solutions to meet the current and future requirements of Application Security track
