Responsibilities

- Lead the solution offering portfolio for CVM in the designated region.

- Own responsibility for selling high value CVM consulting services across the region, ensuring that you meet revenue targets, profitability margins and be commercially astute

- Be accountable for portfolio of clients across the region and act as an advisor to them on CVM related business issues

- Deep business operations knowledge in business transformation and target operating model design to help maximize sales, pricing, and marketing effectiveness, profits and margins

- Ensure non-linear growth of the offering in the respective region

- Have responsibility to support the delivery of assignment(s) and support your clients in achieving their business outcomes

- Manage a team across the region and act as an advisor, leader, mentor to support and develop their capabilities

- Create detailed offering and account plans for the region

- Create a strong network with client sponsors and internal vertical / service line connects for creating a robust pipeline.

- Ensuring recruitment of local talent in alignment with pipeline

- Act as a though leader and build creative consulting solutions that you can take to market.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive knowledge of the CVM domain gained from within the consulting industry

- Strong thought leadership and practical experience

- Ability to advise clients on CVM strategies

- Consulted and delivered large scale service transformations

- Detail working knowledge of: marketing, Sales, Pricing, CPQ, channel partner and customer services

- Built and matured a consulting practice

- Awareness of global industry trends

- Have a strong network and experience in developing relationships at senior levels

- Experience in owning and delivering against key business metrics

- Managing people across different geographies

- Good communication skills
