Title : Lead- Market Mapping and Hunting

Role –

- This Role is a mix of Market Research, Talent Mapping and Hunting from conventional and creative sources. The role is a subject matter expert of the talent pool, pipeline and talent footprint of IT skill and IT manpower. The scope is India and globally. Apart from gathering information, this role will also include developing means and processes to gather details of talent and skilled people available across the country and globe. To generate market information and active databases of skill labour in the IT sector.

- The person will have to have a very good understanding of the IT Talent pool in india and across various skill categories and also actively look out for passive databases and talent pool and contacts from various sources like attending technology seminars, conferences, public forums of IT skills / manpower .

- The person has to reach and penetrate the obstacles to have first hand information of the talent pool to the maximum details possible, including not limiting the contact details and salary details of people in the database. The role will include use of various primary and secondary research tools to collate and present talent pipeline both active and passive in complete detail to stake holders and leadership.

Essential Skills-

- 5 plus years of recruitment, headhunting, market mapping and talent research experience. Active go getter and very good communicator. A self driven individual contributor well read and well versed with latest hiring concepts and keen eye for detail and hungry to search / hunt knowledge information and people.
