Wipro - Large Deals Manager - Presales - Insurance Solution Design (15-20 yrs)
The Pre-Sales Large Deals Manager is responsible for supporting the Insurance Sales and Account teams in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Role is to manage Bid manager, Solution Architects and manage large deals end to end in Insurance Solution Design.
Experience : 15+ years
- In this role, you will be working on Large Deals (TCV > 50M USD) and bring them to successful closure
- You would have to qualify opportunities, work with customer and solutions team to ensure that everyone is aligned
- The role demands strong sales acumen, proven solution background to challenge and formulate what it takes to deliver the requirements
- Credentials of successful closure of deals with large infrastructure/cloud components
- We would want you to have an Intermediate level understanding of Infrastructure trends and topics. Cloud, Automation and DevOps would be prime topics
- We would ask you to engage with C-level individuals on Infrastructure topics as above and also on structuring engagements in outcome based models
- As a new member of the Wipro family, you with be converting leads into viable opportunities by showing credentials and mapping Wipro's capabilities to client's needs
- Crafting the first level solution drafts prior to the Solution Architect and the Bid Manager taking it up further
- Fostering the entire solution creation process until the bid gets submitted to the client - Moving the sale to closure. You own the full cycle
- Ability to put thoughts on paper and craft a message for clients
- You will have an entrepreneur approach towards problem solving
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an unstructured and at times chaotic environment.
