Marketing Manager – Global Transformation Office

He/She will be responsible for building the unique positioning and messaging for the Global Transformation office, creat go-to-market plans for the Global markets and orchestrate internal communication and sales preparedness. He / She should have a good understanding of emerging trends in IT, customer buying patterns and an excellent track record in using various marketing mediums to achieve the business goals of the division.

1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing of IT services in the global market

2. Knowledge / Experience of working with creative agencies, digital design and communication principles

3. Ability to analyze, synthesize and present information with clarity

4. Qualification - Engg +MBA

5. Ability to engage with Senior Management effectively

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Positioning and branding : Defining and building the value proposition for the Global Transformation Office. Create the visibility for the practices of GTO in internal and external stakeholders

2. Analyst Relations: Managing key influencer relations across sustainability related analyst firms, build and sustain relationship to enable opportunities for business, ensure positive positioning in analyst surveys and

3. Marketing strategy: Involvement in the business planning and market segmentation which involves customer targeting and tracking, projecting technology trends, competition analysis.

4. Sales Enablement: Creating content and managing positioning in website, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, RFP templates etc.

5. Internal Communication : Build internal website for the GTO and list all the artifacts. Regular communication to internal teams via newsletters, podcasts, games etc

6. Graphic Design : Coordinate with agencies and GUI experts to design aesthetic templates for portals and for use by the bid management teams.

7. New Media Campaigns: Creating campaigns leveraging digital media channels like Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIN, You Tube etc.

8. Thought Leadership Driving thought leadership activities eg. Contribution to academic newsletter, case studies in books, speaking opportunities.

9. Marketing Communications : both external and internal

10. Achieving measurable goals for each objective
