Wipro - HR Business Partner - Across Locations - Bangalore/Pune- 3 to 5 Years

We would like to invite applications for the HR Business partner roles for Business Application Services (BAS) , the largest service line of WIPRO IT Business. We are looking for applicants for HR Business Partner Role.

Work Level – Based on Experience and Competency

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Drive the Human Resource Management and retention charter for a logical business segment (Location / Practice / Group of accounts )

2. Partner with business in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions

3. Drive Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc) for the defined business group

4. Lead the people engagement mandate by anchoring various events & interventions

5. Uphold high service delivery standards to employee issues & queries

6. Drive HR SLAs (Skip meetings, Confirmatory Appraisals, G&O for new employees, Induction for new employees, One on One’s with employees)

Education and Experience Requirements

- We are looking for Post graduates in Human Resources from Tier 1 MBA institutes only - TISS, XLRI and SCMHRD etc.
