Wipro Technologies would like to invite applications for the role of BU/SL HR SPOC in Chennai, Bangalore & Coimbatore.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Work closely with the Account Delivery Head and functional leaders to run the charter of talent engagement and development across the Account

- Would be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and retention activities

- Lead the people management mandate by strategizing and anchoring various events and interventions;

- Track trends in employee concerns/ behavior and proactively address issues before they impact business

- Drive the talent management and retention charter

- Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs, Leadership Engagement across the LOB.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of HR processes, policies and sub systems

- Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Interpersonal sensitivity

- Ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key

- Ability to work in situations which may have elements of ambiguity

Education and Experience Requirements

MBA / Post graduate in Human Resources from a premium campus with 3- 7 years of relevant experience
