Undamental engineering skills as detailed below in following areas: - Building Automation &amp; control systems - Electrical installation &amp; panel knowledge - HVAC understanding and awareness - Personal computer and networking understanding Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Understanding of all the building systems, equipment and operational processes and ought to be a multidisciplinary mindset.Optimizing BMS control system to reduce overall building energy consumption - Responsible for setting-up, upkeep and maintenance of BMS and control systems, equipment and facilities that support the efficient and compliant operation of all the locations - Will define and monitor the standards and procedures that the BMS collaboration as well as providing training and support for technicians - Develop and implement PPM strategy for all software and hardware systems. - Ensure all documentation, change control requirements are maintained in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain and modify existing systems via change control system, maintain history records, user lists, system drawings, and ensure adequate records are maintained for compliance. - Maintain software licenses and control the application of software. - Ensure system back-ups and restorations are done. - Control and maintain system access and security Qualification and experience : Minimum BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Post graduate in Operations / Energy Management desirable - Preferably should be Certified Energy auditor - 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Maintenance control and automation of Electrical Utilities, HVAC, mechanical utilities at Manager level working in a critical environment. - A deep understanding of specialist building systems including BMS, fire safety and security systems, the BMS aspects of ICT infrastructure, and the effective utilization of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and facilities management (FM) software platforms - Demonstrate complex skills with high analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to develop excellent working relationships.
