This role is accountable for creating and managing a demand generation engine for creating a strong upper funnel of leads to support new business opportunities across business units. This will support hunting and farming teams through lead generation, qualification and nurturing campaigns across multiple channels. The leader will work closely with Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams as well as external agencies to plan, operationalize and actively manage demand generation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business priorities, plans, opportunity areas, account plans etc. - Identify key solutions, differentiators, segments for business - Research and develop campaign ideas to address opportunities - Develop, refine and enhance CRM databases - Identify market segments to target for campaigns - Create collateral and content to support campaigns - Set up campaign management and journey tools on email, social, voice and CRM platforms - Create briefing notes, scripts, FAQs for inside sales teams - Oversee training for inside sales teams - Reporting on KPI's and continuous improvement against benchmarks Key Competencies: - Understanding of Wipro's value proposition for specific solutions in various business segments - Understanding of key marketing functions such as thought leadership, branding, analyst relations etc. - Understanding key functions and processes in sales, pre-sales and sales enablement functions - Active lead management and follow through of upper funnel till qualification and transition to sales opportunity - Management and oversight over performance of extended teams for campaign management - Use of CRM and marketing automation tools for segmentation, campaign management, lead management - Development of marketing collateral Desired: - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skill - Excellent Communication, Accountability, ownership; great execution ability &amp; positive attitude At Wipro, applicants are considered for employment solely on the basis of their qualifications and competencies.
