- Delivery assurance Head role for CIS covering the entire Infrastructure Scope of Services. Focus will be to ensure deals being solutioned and proposed are executable and meet the customer expectations. - Candidate will be responsible to lead a team that review and validate the complete Infrastructure solutions across the Infrastructure Services landscape covering - Cloud - Public, Private and Hybrid (IaaS, PaaS and on-prem DC components), Large Scale Transformation Programs, Migrations to Cloud, Network Services, DC Services, EUC & EUS, SD and Monitoring aspects, Shared Services Components covering all these areas. - Candidate should have experience to manage a team of 25+ direct reporting team members (Enterprise and Solution Architects, DA SME's across different technical areas) spread across the globe and work with a logical and virtual team of over 100+ SMEs. Candidate should have clear experience of : - Operational - Large Account Management experience of at least 10+ years - Pre-sales Experience/ exposure of at least 5+ years - Should have experience of leading and developing solutions and integrating multiple tower solutions as an Architect. - Should have executed large SI/ Transformation programs (Multiple) - Time Management (Key requirement to meet schedules and deadlines) - Project/ Program Management - Contract Discussions and Negotiations - Very critical requirement - Service Levels and Penalties negotiations and discussions - Experience to develop and discuss Service Levels - Milestones and related executions and contractual terms - Good experience/ Exposure to Service Management like ITIL - Should have good exposure to - Enterprise IT Stack including Compute, Virtualization, Network, Storage, Backup, Monitoring, Databases, DR, Security and End user computing aspects of Large Transformation Solutions. - Lead & guide the DA team for Solution Validations - Reporting and Single point of contact to the management teams on deal risks and validations - Be a Function Owner for Delivery Assurance and constantly look for learnings and Improvements to the process areas - Provide management over-sight on deal review process - Manage a team of experienced DA Team members who are well versed in any of the following domains - DC, Public/Private, Cloud, Network, Tools, End User technologies - Should be capable of managing multiple highly experienced technical team members including architects. - Should be able to provide an end to end view of a deal review progress to management - Should be able to guide the team in providing direction and help in resolving any issues/challenges that the team faces - Go to person for any issues in solutions that may lead to execution challenges - Should be able to run initiatives which helps improve DA processes, agility in the team and excellence - Be part of the Delivery leadership team to achieve execution excellence - Understand the Scope of work applicable for new bid SI opportunities being addressed by Wipro Solutions team - Be involved in Bid/ No-Bid calls and discussions - Identify Gaps / Errors/Risks in Technical Solution, Effort estimates and timelines being proposed by Solutions teams that would pose Delivery challenges. - Be able to challenge and effectively convey the shortcomings in the Technology/ Solution aspects of proposals. - Propose alternatives to the solutions team to address the gaps/risks identified. - Take Accountability and drive DA validations to closure within the DA calendar for every bid. - Should be able to guide the team in providing direction and help in resolving any issues/challenges that the team faces - Go to person for any issues in solutions that may lead to execution challenges - Should be able to run initiatives which helps improve DA processes, agility in the team and excellence - Be part of the Delivery leadership team to achieve execution excellence - Understand the Scope of work applicable for new bid SI opportunities being addressed by Wipro Solutions team - Be involved in Bid/ No-Bid calls and discussions - Identify Gaps / Errors/Risks in Technical Solution, Effort estimates and timelines being proposed by Solutions teams that would pose Delivery challenges. - Be able to challenge and effectively convey the shortcomings in the Technology/ Solution aspects of proposals. - Propose alternatives to the solutions team to address the gaps/risks identified. - Take Accountability and drive DA validations to closure within the DA calendar for every bid.
