Job Purpose :  The position, a regional role is responsible for end-to-end driving of key sales development initiatives.  Responsibility :  Handling all sales development activities for the entire region, which includes:  - Own the Wipro Star outlet program to drive targets across regions  - Own the Wipro Wholesale Loyalty program  - Drive all distribution networking activities  - Drive all technology initiatives in the sales function  - Initiate activities on distributor expansion  - Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them  - New Channel development initiatives  - Design Go-to market strategy for key brands  Skills/Qualifications :  - MBA (2011-13) from a premier institute  - 3-4 years of experience in FMCG firms, most of this experience being as an ASM/SDM or in trade marketing
