- The role requires the incumbent to think like the CHRO of the business and work independently on the range of HR initiatives for the business. - This involves involves handling the entire spectrum of HR processes to make the business successful with infusion and management of right talent plan and clean people processes. - The responsibilities include (but not limited to) manpower planning, recruitment, L&D, performance management, policy design and administration, employer branding, engagement and exit management. - To be successful in this role, the person should be a go-getter and ready to get down to work on his / her own. REQUIREMENTS : - 7-12 years of experience as HR Generalist / HRBP - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Good knowledge of employment / labor laws - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to think independently and influence people Location: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai
