Role :   - The incumbent would be spearheading the growth trajectory of category or categories within Yardley and/ or Aramusk brand portfolio  - The role entails taking complete ownership of the categories and having the focus and vision of an entrepreneur to grow the brand.   - Role demands a dynamic individual who is able to conceptualize & execute strategy independently with guidance from the marketing manager  Job Responsibilities :   - Brand Management - Develop and implement Short term and long term strategy for the categories.  - New Product Development complete ownership of NPD process, from conceptualization to launch and further taking the category forward.  - Agency Interaction liaison with creative, media and digital agency on a regular basis to move the brand in the designated direction.  - Liaison with internal stake holders for faster and proper execution of projects.  - Market intelligence gathering through regular field visits.  - Maintain & control advertising and promotion budgets.  - Sales & marketing - Coordinating with Sales team at regular intervals to understand current market issues & category performance & take corrective measures.   Skills set required :  - Full Time MBA from a reputed institute  - Total 3-4 years Experience in FMCG/Food industry in Marketing.   - Experience in sales would be an added advantage.
