Wipro - Consultant - Technical Pre-Sales - ECM Products

It is expected that the candidate will carry out following functions in this role:

Roles & Resp.

- Will be responsible for technical pre sales operations using ECM products

- Should be well versed with Domain solutions - BFSI, Government, Telecom, Retail, ENU and O&G

- RFx preparation, proposal preparation & solution architectures

- Customer facing role in lead generation, opportunity evaluation, defense presentations to Customer & realizing the opportunities.

- Effort estimations, commercial preparations, negotiations & justifications

- Strategizing with new themes in ECM space for business development

- Practice building & helping delivery teams with delivery assurance

- Partner/vendor/OEM management skills

- Infrastructure server & hardware sizing, architectures, network bandwidth, clustered environment & cloud solutions

- Result orientated and must be ensured that job is done with the right quality

- Adopt to changes and openness to work with different technologies

Technical Skills -

- 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience in Java/J2EE, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management System (DMS) , Web Content Management (WCM), Archiving & Business Process Management (BPM)

- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in implementation & solution architecting using ECM products

- Should have 5 years of experience with EMC Documentum, IBM Filenet, Oracle UCM (Web Center Content), and Alfresco & Newgen technologies.

- Should have 5 years of experience with various scanning solutions & OCR/OMR technologies such as EMC InputAccel Captiva, IBM Datacap & Ephesoft etc.

- Good understanding of various ECM Product packaging & licensing

- Should have upgrade & migration understanding & knowledge in various ECM products.

- Experience with Web Publishing & content centric workflows

- Integration experience of ECM products & adapters with ERP (Oracle & SAP), CRM & other core applications

- Should have end to end project execution life cycle using ECM products & solutions – requirement gathering, design, installation, implementation, testing, deployment & support

- Experience with other industry leading ECM & BPM solutions is added advantage

- Experience with EAI & SOA architecting is added advantage.
