- 3+ years of experience in managing and administering Oracle Hyperion HFM / Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Systems (FCCS).

- Proactively ensures that the application and underlying infrastructure are secure, running properly, and are responsive.

- Maintain backups, disaster recovery, resource utilization, and other regular and periodical operational and analytical tasks.

- Review logs for applications on regular basis and have the same audited on a regular periodic basis.

- Access management for 40+ global users, responsible for maintaining log of issues faced by users and ensuring solution.

- Work with Oracle Support and other designated support partners to resolve environment/application issues via SRs.

- Identifying improvement opportunities and manage change requests with Oracle and other designated support partners.

- Perform regular production support, monthly & quarterly maintenance activities, and provide troubleshooting of user-identified problems.

- Experienced in developing Smart View reports and performing real time analytics.

- Have experience with installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.

- Having sound knowledge of accounting, inter-company reconciliation and financial reporting.
