Wipro - Cloud Architect

The role demands knowledge and experience of:

- Develop end to end architecture, transition/migration strategies, standards, processes and toolkits/accelerators

- Design high-quality architectures to meet customer requirements consistent with industry standards

- Architect cloud-native applications in public cloud environments specifically on AWS and Google Cloud Platform

- Develop cloud migration approaches and develop accelerators or identify and build competency in

partner tools

- Develop responses to Request for Proposals and sales enquiries and offer strong pre-sales support

- Act as an expert for application architecture and design for both cloud-native and cloud migration scenarios

- Act as a leader with vision in the area of AWS & Google Cloud Platform and represent in internal and external forums. Author white papers and thought leadership articles.

- Help in capability development within the organization and help in developing a competency framework around AWS & Google Cloud Platform

- Liaise with cloud vendors on important technical issues and identify resolutions

- Collaborate with practices across the organization to develop solutions as necessary for client-centric requirements

- Stay abreast with developments in the public cloud environments and competitive positioning of the leading cloud offerings

- Understand and develop a strong understanding of new technologies and innovations being put forth by AWS and Google

- Conduct training to support competency development in AWS and Google cloud
