TA Campus Hiring team is looking for energetic enthusiasts in the space of Campus Enablement &amp; Compliance and Engagement &amp; Communications. Looking for an individual who is passionate and innovative, with a pragmatism for Operations balanced with a flair for campus enablement/ operations Enablement &amp; Compliance: - Responsible for the entire Operations charter for Campus. - Oversee and ensure all pre event/Campus season activities for hiring like Assessments, Panel Mobilization and Creatives/Communications are enabled within required SLA and Compliance norms. - Oversee and ensure that all post event/Campus season activities for hiring like Audit &amp; Offers and Onboarding are enabled within required SLA and Compliance norms. - Interact with internal stakeholders like Business/CWMG/TT and HRSS to enable Campus processes. - Interact with vendors and external stakeholders for required processes. - Ensure that Campus process compliance is maintained, reporting and records are sanitized and maintained.
