- Business development with commercial accountability for meeting the agreed P&L goals
- Farm revenue from the existing Wipro India business
- Hunting for new revenue from non-Wipro accounts for the Consumer BU IME business
- Drive the development of the relationship with a focus on increasing penetration, differentiation and value
- Achieve the sales and profitability goals and objectives
- Ensure account is managed with the highest adherence to Wipro practices and drive for top performance in all results
- Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at an executive level across the account
- Ensure that Wipro is positioned effectively to IT and Business stream leads
- Assist the Delivery Team in establishing and developing long term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction, implementing proactive/corrective actions as necessary
- Min 7-8 years- experience, with a strong sales background
- Ideally a background in, or extensive knowledge of Retail, CG and Transportation processes or IT implementation
- A - consultative sales- mind-set and approach, and collaborative in attitude and style
- Strong track record of selling is essential, and tenacity and perseverance to hunt in a developing market
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, customer Interaction and presentation skills are mandatory
- Should be comfortable interacting with Sr. IT and Business Leadership levels
- Ideally educated to degree level or professional equivalent
