Role overview: M&A - HR  - Act as the HR point of contact for business partnership in the transition and integration process to meet the desired end state  - Work with target company HR team, Business Integration manager and other track leads and develop a detailed HR Integration plan which will help us to meet the business goals and achieve synergy over plan period.   - Work with business integration manager and the Unit HR Head to redesign the new organization  - Act as the communication and change management lead to enable a successful business transition  - Lead, launch and & own specific HR interventions related to engagement and culture building  Location : Anywhere in India
