Responsibilities ( not limited to ) :&nbsp; - Responsible for delivering Projects of long-term importance that will significantly - change the business - Manage the overall project process effectively - Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables and interim milestones for each project at the start and ensure adherence to outlined process and timelines - Engage with Client's project sponsor (Internal &amp; External) and Head end to end delivery of all Projects across solutions and platforms - Ensure all Projects are managed within the stipulated effort and budgets and delivered on-time. Any delays on timelines need to amicably and officially closed with the client. - Own project solution delivery end-to-end - Leverage topic-matter expertise of project sponsor and their team and integrate solution components being driven by multiple functions as part of the overall project solution - Pro-actively seek out outside-in learnings (e.g. by studying external benchmark companies, by leveraging external experts/ consultants on specific topics) to build best-in-class solutions - Critically challenge and enhance solutions developed by team and other stakeholders - On-time delivery of all projects with effort and time tracking - Revenue realization from the delivery as per plan. This will include getting client sign offs on-time Required skills: - Hands on experience on BPM technology. BPM Architect certification (one of the technology like Pega, IBM etc.,) - Who has managed and created business solutions using BPM platforms for our customers.
