Role: Delivery Head   Location: Pune / Chennai  Exp - 14-18 Yrs   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in F&A space  - Manage service delivery for General Accounting and Tax operations  - Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account/s  - Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building  - Interaction with clients and handling all escalations  - Responsible for establishing Governance structure  - Provide strategic inputs to the clients for better operations/restructuring  - Responsible for driving operational efficiencies, by performing process transformations/automation /RPA  - Support and drive all organization's initiatives viz, quality initiatives, risk and compliance, and HR initiatives etc.  - Getting involved and working closely with Presales / Solution team and provide strategic inputs for the new RFP / expansions  - Meeting prospective clients as and when required to showcase capability  - Contribution to business development for additional business  - Meeting Service levels and Driving process improvements  Skills Desired:  - In-depth knowledge and appreciation of domain in F&A (P2P/O2C/R2R).  - Strong R2R domain experience - specifically month end close process  - Understanding of trial balance, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, intercompany accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting  - Good understanding of tax filing structure  - Hands-on experience in F&A Delivery in BPO/SSC.  - Client management ability  - Excellent articulation and communication skills  - Superb interpersonal and people management skills  - Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders  - Resilience and confidence  - Ability to handle large teams (150+)  - Creativity and innovativeness  - Ensure smooth and transparent communication with customer  - Proactively understand and meet customer expectations and ensure high CSAT score.  Technology Competence -   - Working experience of SAP  - Knowledge of MS-Visio for process documentation  - Fast learner to adapt to any new tools technology
