- 10+ years of experience running operations and service delivery in Investment Banking for global markets (retail banking experience will not be considered relevant)  - Strong interpersonal and influence management skills  - Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units  - Ability to manage large teams consisting of highly skilled team members   - Advanced knowledge of PC technology, applications and on-line tools especially Excel  - Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients  - Knowledge of the customer's culture  - Excellent English written and verbal communication  - Flexibility and open to business travel
